The mission of the Ministry Project is simple:

To encourage you, equip you, empower you, and walk in relationship with you to make meaningful and significant impact in the lives of your staff and their families so that your kids have a fighting chance to make it to their adult life with their faith and their relationship with God intact.

To achieve this mission, we must manage our compliance issues, cultivate and train our internal teams to meet the challenges of today’s world.

We need to build stronger internal and external communities and enhance the interpersonal connections between our team members and our families.

Our work creates a richer, growing and thriving culture to fulfill our duty to our families, our children and our congregation — helping them flourish while keeping their faith intact.

Compliance. Cultivation. Community. Connection. Culture.

About The Ministry Project

When Ministry staff, their spouses and their children are secure, the entire team is unencumbered and can focus wholeheartedly on the mission and vision of the ministry.

There’s much work to be done in our communities and the world; however, an overwhelmed and distracted team cannot make the necessary impact that is so desperately needed in society.

Anson McDaniel, the Founder of The Ministry Project, has spent his lifetime seeing the under belly of local church ministry from the perspective of a senior pastor’s kid, an elder, a worship leader, a youth worker, and since 1998, providing insurance solutions to ministries with an emphasis on employee benefits.

As much joy as there is when things go well, many times the heartache when they don’t can seem unbearable and insurmountable.  Especially when it comes to our kids.

There are way too many kids throwing in the towel on their faith and their relationship with God when they reach their adult life. This needs to change and The Ministry Project exists to put a huge dent in this overwhelmingly high statistic.

The Ministry Project is passionate about giving our kids a fighting chance to keep their faith intact.

We have developed a stellar team of mission-oriented folks, who have wrapped their hearts around the vision of encouraging you, equipping you, empowering you and walking with you in relationship to make meaningful and significant impact in the lives of your ministry’s staff and their families.

The Ministry Project is a very intentional and deliberate group of people who focus on the 5 interconnected ingredients that make this happen – Compliance, Cultivation, Community, Connection and Culture.

Will you explore the possibility of joining us?

It could make the difference in the primary ministry of your calling – your own family.

“It’s personal with me. Growing up as the son of a pastor was great in some respects and horrible in others. The “living in a fishbowl” life is hard on everyone involved. I’ve had it with the heartbreaking stories I hear over and over again from ministry staffers sharing their regrets now that their children are adults. We can turn this around. It’s really not that hard and honestly, can you think of anything more important?!? Let’s do it together.”

Hank does his best to convince us that chemistry is not torture, but is instead the amazing and beautiful science of stuff. Chemistry can tell us how three tiny particles - the proton, neutron and electron - come together in trillions of combinations to form ... everything. We start out with one of the biggest ideas in chemistry ever - stuff is made from atoms. More specifically, we learn about the properties of the nucleus and why they are important to defining what an atom actually is.
